Real Graphics is a full-service design, printing, signage, apparel, vehicle graphics, web, marketing, and advertising products and services company based in Lufkin, Texas.

Our capabilities may include graphic design and branding, commercial printing, signage, wide-format printing, vehicle wraps and graphics, screen printing, embroidery, digital garment printing, sublimation, promotional products, websites, digital services, fabrication, installation, mailing services, and other custom products and services.

Descriptions, examples, photographs, specifications, pricing, and other information presented on our Site are provided for general informational and promotional purposes and may change without notice.

These Terms govern your use of realgraphics.com and related website features.
These website Terms do not replace the specific terms contained in Real Graphics estimates, quotes, proposals, proofs, invoices, work orders, contracts, service agreements, website agreements, or other written agreements.

When you purchase products or services from Real Graphics, additional terms may apply to your project.

If a conflict exists between these website Terms and a separately accepted quote, proposal, contract, or service agreement, the terms applicable to the specific transaction or project will control with respect to that transaction or project.

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable local, state, federal, or international laws.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, servers, accounts, or systems.

• Interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Site.

Many Real Graphics products and services are custom manufactured or produced. Pricing may vary based upon quantities, materials, dimensions, colors, artwork requirements, production methods, finishing, installation, shipping, delivery, market conditions, supplier costs, deadlines, and other project requirements.

A formal Real Graphics quote, estimate, proposal, invoice, or agreement will establish the applicable pricing for a specific project.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes and estimates may be subject to expiration or modification.

Many products offered by Real Graphics are custom designed, printed, manufactured, decorated, fabricated, personalized, or produced specifically for an individual customer.

Production schedules and completion dates may vary depending upon product availability, material availability, artwork approval, customer response times, production requirements, installation conditions, shipping, and other circumstances.

Estimated completion dates are estimates unless Real Graphics specifically agrees in writing to a guaranteed deadline.

Production turnaround generally begins after applicable order details, deposits or payments, and artwork/proofs have been approved.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing artwork and proofs before approval.

This includes reviewing:

• Spelling

• Grammar

• Names

• Telephone numbers

• Addresses

• Dates

• Dimensions

• Quantities

• Colors

• Layout

• Logos

• Images

• Product selections

• Placement

• Other project details

Customer approval authorizes Real Graphics to proceed with production based upon the approved artwork or specifications.

Real Graphics is not responsible for errors contained in artwork, content, specifications, or information that has been approved by the customer.

Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, electronic proofs, or other screens may differ from final printed or manufactured colors. Materials, inks, lighting conditions, manufacturing methods, substrates, and production processes may also result in reasonable color variation.

Customers may provide Real Graphics with logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, names, graphics, text, designs, files, and other materials for use in their projects.

By providing such materials, you represent that you own the materials or have permission and legal authority to use and reproduce them.

You authorize Real Graphics to reproduce, modify, prepare, print, manufacture, display, or otherwise use those materials as reasonably necessary to complete your requested project.

You agree that Real Graphics is not responsible for determining ownership or licensing rights associated with customer-provided materials.

You are responsible for claims arising from materials you provide when you do not possess the necessary rights or permissions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Real Graphics Site and its original content, branding, graphics, photographs, layouts, text, illustrations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Real Graphics and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The Real Graphics name, logo, branding, slogans, and related materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without permission.

Rights associated with custom design work created for customers may also be governed by the applicable project agreement, quote, proposal, invoice, or licensing arrangement.

When you submit information through our Site, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings relating to these Terms or use of the Site, the parties agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Written notice of a dispute should be provided to Real Graphics, and the parties will have 30 days following receipt of notice to attempt to resolve the matter unless immediate legal or equitable relief is reasonably necessary.

Except for disputes eligible for small-claims court, requests for appropriate injunctive relief, or disputes that cannot legally be subject to arbitration, unresolved disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site may be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

Any arbitration will be conducted through a mutually acceptable arbitration provider under the provider’s applicable rules unless otherwise agreed.

To the extent legally permitted, each party waives the right to have disputes subject to binding arbitration decided by a jury.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, electronic approvals, acknowledgments, records, agreements, notices, and signatures may have the same legal effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures under applicable federal and Texas electronic-transactions laws.

Real Graphics respects the intellectual-property rights of others.

If you believe content appearing on our Site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice containing the information required by applicable provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
